  • I don't fully understand your income model?

    Otelika works with the Win-Win principle. Otelika works with a 2.75% commission on every room service order your visitors place through Otelika. These commissions are billed to your Hotel in bulk at the end of the month.

  • Can I reflect this commission to my visitors?

    If you activate the "Add Otelika Commission" feature in Otelika settings, 2.75% commission is added to all your products on the system and presented to your customers. In this way, you can easily use Otelika without putting any cost burden on your business.

  • How does free use work?

    After registering with Otelika, you are granted a 30-day free unlimited use. At the end of 30 days, the payment period starts and invoicing takes place at the end of the next month. Your credit card will not be charged during this free period.

  • Can I stop using it after my free use ends?

    After 30 days, you may delete or suspend your Otelika account. There is absolutely no deduction or payment required until you return. You can register to Otelika quickly and if you wish, you can terminate your membership immediately.

  • How does the payment period work?

    A payment period is realized with 2.75% of your room service turnover made through Otelika and you are billed at the end of 30 days by adding taxes. Payments are made in the same period in the following month.

  • Will my account be closed if I don't pay my bills?

    No. If you do not pay within 15 days after your invoice is issued at Otelika, only your account will be suspended. Once the payment is made, your account becomes active again.

  • Why do you receive my credit card information when you register at Otelika?

    The credit card information received during the registration to Otelika is stored in a completely secure infrastructure approved by BDDK with our iyzico business partnership. The reason for requesting credit card information is to ensure that serious businesses register in our system and that you can easily pay during payment periods.
